What is the return window?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to get in touch with us about a return or exchange. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

What condition must the item be in?

We ask that returned items are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags still attached
  • Returned in their original packaging where possible

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept items that show signs of wear or have had tags removed.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Send us an email with your order number and a brief description of your request. We'll respond within 1 business day with everything you need to proceed.

Who pays for the return shipping?
  • If the item is faulty or incorrect — we cover the return shipping in full.
  • If you're exchanging for a different size or style — return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued within 10 business days. The amount is returned to your original payment method.

Can I swap for a different size?

Yes, as long as the size is available. If your preferred size is out of stock at the time of exchange, we'll offer you a store credit or a full refund.

My order arrived damaged — what now?

We're sorry to hear that. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.

Can sale items be returned?

Items purchased on sale are eligible for size exchanges but not for refunds, unless the product is faulty.
