When does the delivery countdown begin?
The countdown starts after payment approval.
- Credit card — up to 48 hours for approval.
- Bank slip (boleto) — up to 72 business hours after payment.
What is the average delivery time?
- State capitals — 3 to 5 business days.
- Other locations — 5 to 7 business days.
How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
Our dispatch process takes up to 2 business days. During peak periods — such as launches or promotions — it may take up to 5 business days. Even so, our team does everything possible to ship your order as soon as possible.
Do weekend orders count toward the deadline?
Orders approved by midnight are processed on the next business day. Purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays begin processing on the first following business day.
Is there express delivery for São Paulo?
Yes. For addresses within the expanded city centre of São Paulo, we offer express delivery with an estimated time of up to 1 business day after payment confirmation.
- Not available on weekends or holidays.
- Delivery may occur until 10 PM — please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
- Occasional delays may happen, but we always do our best to meet the 24-hour window.
Can I schedule or choose a delivery time?
Not at the moment. Deliveries follow the schedules and timelines set by the carrier.
Can I pick up my order at the Jellyfish office?
We don't currently offer in-store pickup, as we're not set up to receive customers at our location. For now, all orders are shipped through our logistics partners.
How is shipping calculated?
The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on region, weight, and volume. We offer free shipping on select promotions.
Why might my delivery be delayed?
Some factors that may cause delays:
- High demand (launches, promotions)
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient not available at time of delivery
- Carrier operational issues
- External factors (strikes, severe weather, etc.)
My deadline has passed and my order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
First, check the tracking information sent to your email. If there's no update, contact our team — we're ready to help.
Do you deliver throughout Brazil?
Yes, Jellyfish delivers to the entire national territory.
Who delivers my order?
Once your order leaves our distribution centre, it's handled by the chosen carrier. Even so, we monitor every step to ensure your delivery arrives on time.
